Thank you to those you attended our C-Suite Summit! We look forward to announcing 2027 dates soon.
Built for your data & AI journey.
The KlariVis Data & AI Institute C-Suite Summit is a three-day working session for community bank executives who have moved past the hype and want to do the actual work. The premise is simple: there is no AI strategy without a data strategy, and the institutions getting this right are the ones building the foundation now rather than waiting for the next planning cycle.
Attendance is intentionally limited to two C-suite leaders per institution, which keeps the conversation peer-level and candid. Over three days you will hear from executives and practitioners who are putting data and AI to work inside real community banks, compare notes on what is genuinely working and what is still noise, and leave with a clearer view of where your own bank sits and what you can act on when you get home. Every session is built around the realities of leading a community bank today, not a version of this work scaled for institutions ten times your size.
Registration is $750 per person and includes a two night hotel stay and all meals throughout the event.

Summit FAQs
What Is the Data & AI Institute?
The KlariVis Data & AI Institute is our commitment to the ongoing education and advancement of community bank leaders. It is the platform through which KlariVis delivers structured, executive-level programming on data strategy, AI in banking, and the leadership practices that separate high-performing institutions from the rest. The C-Suite Summit is the Institute's flagship event, bringing that curriculum to life in person.

Why Roanoke, VA?
Roanoke, VA is where KlariVis was built. Hosting the Institute at our headquarters means you get direct access to our leadership, product, and client success teams in the environment where they do their best work. Roanoke is also a genuinely beautiful place to spend a few days, and we've found that getting executives out of their day-to-day environment and into a focused, new setting makes for better conversations and deeper learning.
Do I need to be a KlariVis client to attend?
No! The C-Suite Summit is open to both current KlariVis clients and community bank executives who are exploring where they are in their data journey. Sessions are designed to meet you where you are.

Pre-Conference Workshop 1: What’s Actually Working in Community Banking Right Now
Sunday, August 30 | 1:00pm - 1:45pm
Jerry Bradley, Chief Product Officer, KlariVis
Kim Snyder, CEO & Founder, KlariVis
Guy DeCorte, Chief AI Officer, KlariVis
Chase Gobble, Chief Marketing Officer, KlariVis
AI is everywhere in the conversation. But what are community banks actually doing with it today? This session moves past the hype and into practical application. We’ll look at real examples of how AI is being used to tackle everyday work, from reconciliations and board reporting to analyzing large data sets. Along the way, we’ll unpack why some attempts with generative AI produce meaningful results while others leave you wondering if it would have been faster to just do the work yourself.
You’ll see how better prompting, validation and repeatable workflows can change the quality of the output. We’ll also tackle one of the biggest questions facing banks today: data security. What do the AI tools you already have actually protect, where are the risks, and what questions should you be asking your technology team before customer information ever enters an AI workflow?
The goal isn’t to turn you into an AI expert. It’s to give you a clearer picture of what’s possible right now, what good actually looks like, and where AI could begin creating value inside your bank.
Pre-Conference Workshop 2: Your Bank’s AI Roadmap, From Problem to Execution
Sunday, August 30 | 2:00pm - 4:00pm
Jerry Bradley, Chief Product Officer, KlariVis
Kim Snyder, CEO & Founder, KlariVis
Guy DeCorte, Chief AI Officer, KlariVis
Marcos Souza, Chief Data & Analytics Officer, KlariVis
Eli Hattersley, Automation & AI Engineer, KlariVis
Kyle Deisher, Technical Product Owner, KlariVis
The challenge for most banks isn’t finding potential uses for AI. Once you start looking, you can find dozens. The harder question is deciding which problems are worth solving first, and what it will actually take to solve them.
In this interactive workshop, we’ll start with real community bank pain points and use cases, then introduce a practical framework for evaluating and prioritizing them based on business value, effort, risk, and feasibility. From there, you’ll work through a real banking use case with peers, breaking the problem into its underlying process and considering the data, technology, controls and people required to make a solution work. That includes deciding where AI belongs, and just as importantly, where it doesn’t. We’ll then take that work one step further, showing how AI can help turn what you’ve mapped into the beginnings of an actionable solution specification.
You’ll leave with the method, the actual specification developed during the session, and a library of AI use cases to take back to your team. With this repeatable approach, your organization can more confidently identify the right priorities, determine whether to build or partner for a solution, define what success should look like, and move a promising idea toward execution.

Introducing the KlariVis Data & AI Institute
Tuesday, September 1 | 10:55am - 11:25am
Kim Snyder, CEO & Founder, KlariVis
What could community banks learn if they could see beyond the boundaries of their own institution?
In this session, Kim Snyder will introduce the KlariVis Data & AI Institute (KDAI), why KlariVis created it, and the opportunity we see to use data, research and AI to tackle questions that are difficult for any one community bank to answer alone.
You’ll hear how KDAI will build on the collective intelligence within community banking to identify patterns, explore emerging challenges and uncover insights that can help banks make better decisions and strengthen the industry as a whole. This session sets the stage for what comes next: a deeper look at how an intelligence layer across community banking can turn that vision into something tangible.
What One Bank Can’t See Alone: Building an Intelligence Layer Across Community Banking
Tuesday, September 1 | 11:25am - 12:25pm
Marcos Souza, Chief Data & Analytics Officer, KlariVis
Every bank has a view of its own performance. What it doesn't have is the context to know what is happening beyond its walls, what is changing across the industry, or whether the patterns it sees are unique to its institution or signals of something bigger. The KlariVis Data & AI Institute is building a research and intelligence layer designed to change that.
In this session, Marcos will take you inside how that layer is being built, bringing together anonymized data across community banks to identify patterns, establish meaningful benchmarks, and surface insights no single institution could uncover on its own. He'll walk through specific use cases to show how shared data can move beyond traditional peer comparisons to answer more consequential questions about customer behavior, growth, risk, and performance.
This is a look at what becomes possible when community banks can learn not only from their own data, but from the collective intelligence of the industry.
